1 在浏览器中输入网址 http://login.live.com/，在页面中输入各自的msn账号及密码并登陆

2 在登录后的页面的“其他选项”中选择关闭您的账户
 
3  输入正确密码点击“是”即可注销掉此账号
 

How do I close my account?
To close your account
a. Go to the Windows Live Account overview webpage (3 http://login.live.com) and then sign in with your Windows Live ID.
b. Under Additional options, click Close account. 
 
c. Verify that the correct Windows Live ID appears, type your password, and then click Yes.
